Maintaining its total customer service in the Philippine market, Honda Philippines, Inc. has been consistent in its effort to continuously expand its network as it opened a total of twenty (20) 3S Shops this 3rd & 4th quarter of 2014.
The ‘Mini’, the Many-er!
Driven by adaptability to market demands, HPI had developed a “mini” 3S shop concept wherein customers from the countryside areas are tapped.
Tracing its history, “mini- 3S” commenced in 2005 as a tool for market development wherein a mini-3S shop will soon become a full Honda 3S after a maximum of five (5) years operation. “Mini-3S” as the name implies basically differs from full Honda 3S in terms of shop’s size, total customer satisfaction however is not compromised.
This 3rd & 4th quarter, HPI started with a bang as it launched thirteen (13) mini 3S shop namely the following:
