“STRUT”- Students Today , Road Users Tomorrow”, a safety riding advocacy that is intended to raise road safety awareness especially designed for young generation particularly the students. Spearheaded by the public information officer of Pili town in Camarines Sur Mr. Carlos Arejola together with Land Transportation Office (LTO) Bicol regional director Atty. Noreen San Luis-Lutey & assistant director Vince Nato, the campaign aim to decrease, if not totally eliminate, the number of road accidents and be educated with the basic rules on road conduct and safety. “This road safety campaign is in partnership with DepED, BIGGS, Inc. (Biggs Dinner), a private Bicolano food chain whose part of corporate social responsibility focuses on the promotion of youth’s welfare & Honda Safety Driving Center (HSDC), in – charge of the safety riding training facilitated by its top brass Safety Riding Instructors.

The campaign runs from October 2014 ~ March 2015 participated by more than 10,000 students in several high school and college campuses in Bicol Region.
